Counselling

My approach is grounded in humanistic values — recognising your inherent worth, autonomy, and capacity for growth. I work collaboratively, tailoring every session to your unique needs, pace, and story. You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of it together. I draw on humanistic, Adlerian and existential frameworks to work with the whole of you — not just the presenting problem.

Counselling can help you understand yourself more deeply — why anxiety shows up the way it does, where self-doubt comes from, and what patterns in your relationships and family dynamics keep pulling you back. It creates the conditions for real, lasting change rather than surface-level coping.

I work with women who are:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or quietly burned out

  • Struggling with self-doubt, low confidence, or a lost sense of identity

  • Caught in difficult family dynamics or relationship patterns

  • Navigating life transitions such as career shifts, relocation, or relationship changes

  • Seeking clarity, self-understanding, and a way forward that feels genuinely theirs

  • Asking themselves why life doesn't feel how it should

  • Unsure how to set boundaries without guilt

If you're curious about counselling or feel ready to begin, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation — a relaxed conversation to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

Let’s talk about what’s bringing you here and how I can help.
