I am Ayan Yahye, I'm a qualified Integrative Humanistic Counsellor providing Individual Counselling to help people live fulfilling lives. Through empathetic listening and tailored strategies to empower clients to overcome challenges, enhance self-awareness, and develop coping skills. Whether facing challenges or seeking personal development, my commitment is to guide and support individuals on their paths to overall well-being and fulfillment.

I trained at the Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University. I have BSc. Degree in Humanistic Counselling. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society abide by their professional Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Before my work as a counsellor, I have been involved in the property sector, projects in leadership and development as well as charity projects targeted towards empowering and supporting community building and projects that support ending violence against women and girls. I am deeply committed to ensuring that mental health support is accessible, inclusive, and culturally competent, particularly for those who have historically been underserved.

Recently I have worked with private, charity and community interest organisations to deliver free and low-cost and private counselling to individuals.
